Shipping is FREE on ANY order over $4,000 to anywhere in the US. Otherwise, shipping is just a flat rate between $99 and $195 depending on where you are located (view shipping in cart) ! We can ship to Canada, but there will be an additional shipping cost. We can prepare a quote if you contact us with your order and address.

When will my order ship?

Processing/Production time:

Furniture is specialty and made in our production facility in Utah. Once an order is placed, it will be in processing/production for 5-10 business days (depending on order size and what items are purchased.)  
*Large orders with multiple items may require an additional day for packing.
*Our rusted tops and peds may take an 1-2 extras business days in production
Please note** Due to and influx of orders and some delays in receiving our production materials , you may experience a slight increase in turn-around times, (and extra few days in some cases). Please know we are doing our best to get orders out as fast as we can. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping/Transit time: 

All orders ship from our production warehouse in Utah.

In addition to production time, transit time is an additional 2-5 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse in Utah. 

Delivery information

At urban9-5.com, depending on your order size, our standard shipping (free over $4,000 and flat rate between $99 and $195, depending on your location).

We use UPS and LTL. When we ship LTL through a trucking company, the order will be off loaded to a dock, lot or building/residence entrance, and will be the responsibility of the recipient to take inside. They will not drop off without your signature. We provide tracking, so if you check tracking you'll know when to expect them. If you need to arrange for an LTL delivery to be unloaded for you, or brought inside of your building, please contact us at time of order placement so we can refer you to a company in your area that does white glove service. We take every precaution when packaging and shipping. We have a very low damage rate, but despite that, once in a while things happen in transit that are out of our control. IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND THERE IS VISIBLE DAMAGE, DO NOT ACCEPT. THEY WILL WAIT WHILE YOU CHECK FOR DAMAGE. If you are having someone else sign for your delivery, please let them know this as well.  

Returns/Replacements 

Damage During Shipping
We do a quality check of every order before shipping, however, sometimes packages are damaged during shipping despite the efforts we take to protect every order. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If your order is damaged during shipping, we will of course work with you to replace damaged portion of the order. Buyer must inspect the merchandise on the date of delivery, noting damages or shortages on both Buyer’s copy and carrier’s copy of delivery receipt. Only if goods are damaged beyond salvage should you refuse the shipment. If damage is concealed, it must be reported to Urban 9-5 within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Buyer will need to take photos of the package and damaged product and email them to support@urban9-5.com and we will process your shipment after receiving the photos. Please make sure and include your order number and name in the email. 

**Claims for transportation damage are always pursued by Urban 9-5. Buyer MUST keep all packaging to be inspected by either UPS or the freight company. Do not discard anything

If problems arise with the quality or workmanship of your purchase, we will adjust, repair or replace the portion of item in question to your satisfaction. Normal wear on products excluded.

Returns
If you have buyers remorse after receiving your furniture, our your needs change. We're happy to accept your return within 14 days of delivery. You will incur return shipping fees, we will assist in scheduling the return of the item. We need to return the unused product in original packaging, so we are able to re-stock and re-sell with no issues. If you don't have your packaging, you will need to send in like packaging. If re-packaging is required after receiving the product, a restocking fee will be charged. The restocking fee depends on the furniture being returned and the materials required. Once product is received we will refund your method of payment.
