When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, we are shipping in an average of 10 business days. In addition, transit time is averages an additional 3-5 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse in Utah. Orders with panels are an additional 5 business days in production.
How are things shipped?
At urban9-5.com, we ship orders using LTL/ and on occasion for mall items, UPS. Orders shipped LTL will be delivered either to a dock, or to building/or home entrance. It will be the responsibility of the recipient to take inside. This is what our standard shipping includes. If you need to arrange for an LTL delivery to be unloaded for you, or taken inside, please contact us before we ship it and we can get a quote for you for the additional "white glove" delivery fee. We can help facilitate that service with a provider in your area.
Guarantee
We are committed to delivering our customers high quality furniture you will be able to use for years and years. We guarantee that our furniture is quality and suitable for the busiest office. If your desk breaks within the first 5 years, under normal wear and tear, we will replace the damaged or defective part. On chairs, the manufacturer's warranty applies. If the damage is due to neglect, blunt force, natural disaster, or other misuse, those circumstances are outside of our warranty.
