Order Processing/Shipping

Shipping is FREE on ANY order over $3,000 to anywhere in the US. Shipping under $3,000 is an affordable flat rate depending on order total of either $25, $40, or $75. We can ship to Canada, but there will be an additional shipping cost. We can prepare a quote if you contact us with your order and address.

When will my order ship?

Processing/Production time:

Furniture is specialty and made in our production facility in Utah. Once an order is placed, it will be in processing/production for 5-10 business days (depending on order size and what items are purchased.)  
*Large orders with multiple items may require an additional day for packing.
*Our rusted tops and peds may take an 1-2 extras business days in production

Due to and influx of orders and some COVID related delays in receiving our materials, you may experience a slight increase in turn-around times, (and extra few days in some cases). Please know we are doing our best to get orders out as fast as we can. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping/Transit time: 

All orders ship from our production warehouse in Utah.

In addition to production time, transit time is an additional 2-5 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse in Utah. 

Delivery information

At urban9-5.com, depending on your order size, our standard shipping (free over $3,000 and flat rate of $25 under $1,000, $40 from $1,000-$1,999, $75 from $2,000-$2,999). will be sent in one of the following methods:

For smaller orders: UPS ground.

Larger orders or for multiple items, we will ship it LTL through a trucking company. LTL will be off loaded to a dock, lot or curbside, and will be the responsibility of the recipient to take inside. They will not drop off without your signature. We provide tracking, so if you check tracking you'll know when to expect them. If you need to arrange for an LTL delivery to be unloaded for you, please contact us at time of order placement so we can refer you to a company in your area that does white glove service. We take every precaution when packaging and shipping. We have a very low damage rate, but despite that, once in a while things happen in transit that are out of our control. IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND THERE IS VISIBLE DAMAGE, DO NOT ACCEPT. THEY WILL WAIT WHILE YOU CHECK FOR DAMAGE. If you are having someone else sign for your delivery, please let them know this as well.
